ser delegadas por \u00d3rg\u00e3os Federais, Estaduais ou Municipais, as seguintes atribui\u00e7\u00f5es:<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>I &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0estudar e sugerir medidas que visem a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e promo\u00e7\u00e3o do empreendedorismo local, bem como o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico a partir do fortalecimento competitivo dos setores industrial, comercial, servi\u00e7os e de tecnologia do Munic\u00edpio;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>II &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0emitir pareceres sobre quest\u00f5es relativas \u00e0s pol\u00edticas de desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico e promo\u00e7\u00e3o da cultura empreendedora e da inova\u00e7\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>III &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0cooperar na concep\u00e7\u00e3o, implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de empreendedorismo, tecnologia e inova\u00e7\u00e3o, a partir de iniciativas governamentais ou em parcerias com agentes privados, sempre em converg\u00eancia com o interesse p\u00fablico;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>IV &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0aconselhar a Secretaria Municipal da Fazenda e Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico, ou a secretaria correspondente, no desenvolvimento de programas destinados a fomentar o empreendedorismo local, bem como as atividades geradoras de emprego e renda ligadas aos setores industrial, comercial, servi\u00e7os, e de tecnologia;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>V &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0promover a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre o Poder P\u00fablico, os segmentos produtivos e os centros de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de conhecimento, tecnologia e inova\u00e7\u00e3o, como forma de elevar o valor agregado da produ\u00e7\u00e3o local, bem como promover a diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o da matriz econ\u00f4mica do munic\u00edpio;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>VI &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0contribuir com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um ambiente econ\u00f4mico que favore\u00e7a a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o de Startups Tecnol\u00f3gicas no Munic\u00edpio;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>VII &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0incentivar a gera\u00e7\u00e3o, difus\u00e3o e populariza\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento, bem como informa\u00e7\u00f5es e novas t\u00e9cnicas nas \u00e1reas de ci\u00eancia, tecnologia e inova\u00e7\u00e3o, promovendo e divulgando eventos para discuss\u00e3o do empreendedorismo de base tecnol\u00f3gica no Munic\u00edpio;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>VIII &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0<i>(Revogado pelo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/canela.cespro.com.br\/visualizarDiploma.php?cdMunicipio=7337&amp;cdDiploma=20214551#a1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">art. 1\u00ba da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 4.551<\/a>, de 20.08.2021)<\/i>;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>IX &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0sugerir crit\u00e9rios e requisitos para aprova\u00e7\u00e3o e instala\u00e7\u00e3o de novos empreendimentos no Munic\u00edpio, em conson\u00e2ncia com a pol\u00edtica ambiental e de desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico local;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>X &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0promover medidas, em articula\u00e7\u00e3o com os diferentes \u00f3rg\u00e3os governamentais ou de iniciativa privada, visando o aproveitamento de incentivos ou recursos destinados \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o do empreendedorismo local, bem como ao desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico, afetos aos setores industrial, comercial, servi\u00e7os e da ci\u00eancia e tecnologia do Munic\u00edpio;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<b>XI &#8211;<\/b>\u00a0fiscalizar e avaliar os resultados obtidos por meio da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos do Fundo Municipal de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico, Tecnologia e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; FMDTI.\u00a0<span style=\"color:
