A Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Urbanismo – SMMAU, com atua\u00e7\u00e3o nos setores social, econ\u00f4mico e ambiental, tem por finalidade o planejamento, a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, o controle, a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de programas, projetos, a\u00e7\u00f5es, servi\u00e7os e atividades do Governo Municipal no que diz respeito ao desenvolvimento da prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental; o desenvolvimento e implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas e a\u00e7\u00f5es municipais objetivando a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental; a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de normas de procedimento ambiental, obedecida \u00e0 compet\u00eancia complementar municipal; o planejamento, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o, execu\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o, expans\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das vias pavimentadas e dos pr\u00e9dios p\u00fablicos e particulares, al\u00e9m de promover os projetos de infraestrutura e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o; a an\u00e1lise, aprova\u00e7\u00e3o, licenciamento e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os projetos de obras; a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de alvar\u00e1s; a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do plano diretor de desenvolvimento urbano e C\u00f3digo de Obras e Posturas do Munic\u00edpio; o planejamento dos projetos e das a\u00e7\u00f5es de expans\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das estruturas de saneamento b\u00e1sico; a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de diretrizes estabelecidas pelo Prefeito na \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria; a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos e desenvolvimento de a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas \u00e0 melhoria da qualidade dos servi\u00e7os de apoio nas \u00e1reas de urbanismo e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental; a an\u00e1lise de viabilidade de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de obras p\u00fablicas e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de vistorias, com emiss\u00e3o de laudo t\u00e9cnico, em pr\u00e9dios p\u00fablicos municipais no que diz respeito ao meio ambiente. Compete ainda \u00e0 sugerir novas \u00e1reas e orientar o manejo do sistema de parques, pra\u00e7as, jardins p\u00fablicos e \u00e1reas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente urbanas; elaborar e implementar o Plano Municipal de Arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o Urbana; coordenar a pol\u00edtica de gest\u00e3o integrada de res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos e res\u00edduos verdes; elaborar e coordenar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Municipal de Mudan\u00e7as Clim\u00e1ticas e do Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do Bioma Mata Atl\u00e2ntica; fomentar programas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental para a comunidade escolar e popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral; fiscalizar e coibir crimes ambientais; revisar e atualizar periodicamente o Plano Diretor Municipal e outros planos vinculados \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental; implementar e gerir um Sistema de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Geogr\u00e1ficas (SIG) para integrar dados ambientais e urban\u00edsticos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
