O espa\u00e7o de lazer fica pr\u00f3ximo a edif\u00edcios e muitas resid\u00eancias, sendo bastante frequentado por fam\u00edlias e crian\u00e7as. Os servidores da Secretaria de Obras realizaram ro\u00e7ada em todo o terreno, atendendo solicita\u00e7\u00f5es dos moradores das redondezas.
