A pauta da reuni\u00e3o foi a possibilidade de oferecer cursos profissionalizantes para jovens e adultos de Canela, por meio dos CRAS \u2013 Centros de Refer\u00eancia em Assist\u00eancia Social dos bairros Canelinha e Santa Marta. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">O p\u00fablico-alvo seriam alunos <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">de baixa renda <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">que procuram<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> capacita\u00e7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">\u00f5es visando uma melhor qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> para o mercado de trabalho. \u201c\u00c9 essencial neste momento de pandemia <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">e de<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> busca da retomada da economia que <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">os<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> nossos jovens estejam preparados para as portas que ir\u00e3o se abrir. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">A<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> cidade est\u00e1 recebendo muitos investimentos privados e <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">n\u00e3o tenho d\u00favidas de que<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> quem estiver melhor preparado ter\u00e1 maior sucesso na busca <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">pelo<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> trabalho\u201d, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">avalia o<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> vice-prefeito <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">Gilberto Cezar<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 oferecer cursos profissionalizantes em \u00e1reas que existe demanda no mercado de trabalho de Canela e regi\u00e3o como H<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">otelaria, Recursos Humanos, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">G<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">est\u00e3o de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">P<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">essoas, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">G<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">astronomia, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">T<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">urismo, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">A<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">dministra\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outr<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">a<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">s. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">\u201cAl\u00e9m de proporcionar capacita\u00e7\u00f5es e treinamentos gratuitos, estas atividades contribuem para o resgate da autoestima e da confian\u00e7a dos jovens <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">na<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> busca <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">pelo <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">emprego<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> ou at\u00e9 mesmo <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">para<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\"> empreender\u201d, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">analisa <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">Daniela Barbosa, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large\">diretora do Senac.
